From February 18 to 22, 2025, the Grand Palais in Paris will host Art Capital, one of the most significant events on the international art scene. In this prestigious setting, Jaremi Picz, represented by Tablinum Cultural Management, will present his series Epicentrum, a body of work that synthesizes a profound dialogue between spirit and matter, energy and creation.

Epicentrum was born from the artist’s intent to capture and represent the moment of transformation, where destruction and creation merge into a single process. As Jaremi Picz explains:
“In creating my Epicentrum series, my initial premise was the desire to depict the moment when matter is destroyed and simultaneously transitions from one form to another. A supernova explosion and the immense energy released during this process. One could describe this phenomenon from a great distance as the beautiful death of a star—extremely spectacular and awe-inspiring. What I aim to portray is not merely a physical phenomenon but a metaphysical one. The result is the representation of the continuity and indissolubility of two elements: spirit and matter.”
The works in the Epicentrum series echo the Suprematism of Kazimir Malevich, where art breaks free from representational constraints to become a pure expression of energy and freedom. In Picz’s work, however, this freedom manifests through an explosion of color, a pictorial gesture that appears random yet adheres to a hidden logic, much like the chance that governs our existence. The splashes of color, seemingly scattered across the canvas, create a visual dance that embodies the chaos and harmony of cosmic creation, transforming each piece into a metaphysical reflection on life and death, destruction and rebirth.

At Art Capital 2025, Jaremi Picz invites viewers to immerse themselves in a unique sensory and spiritual experience, where art transcends mere representation to engage the entirety of our being, triggering an inner transformation reminiscent of metempsychosis. His works remind us that everything is in flux, that every end carries within it a new beginning, and that art can serve as a bridge between the visible and the invisible.
Tablinum Cultural Management is proud to present Jaremi Picz to the international audience at Art Capital, highlighting the universal value of his artistic research, which unites the language of matter with that of spirit, chance with destiny, and cosmic energy with the creative power of humanity.
